LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, or LSP for short, was developed by the Lego Company in the early 2000’s. It was originally intended for their own innovation and process improvement efforts. I am a certified and trained facilitator. I will help bring this innovative program into your culture.

LSP is a proven methodology which combines visual, auditory, and kinesthetic engagement. It’s designed to encourage participation and produce the best business results. The LSP Method is a facilitated communication and problem-solving process. Participants are led through a series of questions, probing deeper into the subject. Each participant builds a 3D LEGO® model in response to the facilitator’s questions using specially selected LEGO® elements. These 3D models serve as a basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making.
